Steve McLeod resides in Long Beach, California with his wife Kelly Sutherlin McLeod and their three children Cameron 12, Kate 10 and Claire 8. The McLeods have lived in the Bixby Knowles and Los Cerritos areas of Long Beach since 1986.

Steve is originally from the San Francisco Bay Area and has an engineering and construction background.

He worked on many engineering construction projects world wide before coming to Southern California in 1984 where he meet Kelly and decided to settle down. In 1990 he founded Pacific Crane Maintenance Company, where he currently serves as Chairman and C.E.O. PCMC is a Long Beach based provider of mechanical maintenance services to the maritime industry with operations in the ports of Long Beach, Los Angeles, Oakland, Tacoma and Seattle.
